All system operations are controlled using interlocks of sensors and switches. Operations like input of fresh water in Bioreactor, Filtration, Backwashing are controlled using a PLC. Custom automation can also be done for low flow operations during holiday season using in-built programmable features. Flexible PLC platform allows for any other customized programming according to the site condition.

Remote operation capabilities can also be integrated in automation so that plant can be monitored and controlled remotely using normal GSM based cellular device.
Membrane Biorector which employs Hollow fiber membrane modules for solid liquid separation from wastewater. Hollow Fiber membrane are hollow tubes with pore size ranging from 0.1 to 0.04 micron. Such  a pore size is able to reject majority of solids and bacteria present in the bioreactor. Typically these membranes are made of PVDF material , but  on request we can provide other materials also. Hollow Fiber membranes are submerged inside the bioreactor for direct solid liquid separation.

This technology is a combination of membrane process like microfiltration, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration with biological waste water treatment process i.e. ASP (ACTIVATED SLUDGE PROCESS). It is one of the most important innovation in waste water treatment as it overcome the drawbacks of the conventional ASP, including large space requirement for secondary clarifiers, liquid–solid separation issues, production of excess sludge, and limitations with removal of recalcitrant. An electrodeionization post-reverse osmosis (RO/EDI) system was developed for the continuous production of high-purity water without the use of chemicals. The study was carried out with a laboratory pilot. The ion-exchange membrane stack has eight cell-pairs of which four dilute compartments were filled with mixed-bed ion-exchange resins. The feed is tap water with a conductivity of about 400 μs/cm, and the RO permeate with a conductivity less than 20 μs/cm. The EDI was achieved with a productivity of 20 l/h and a resistivity of 12–18 MΩ-cm. In addition, the V-I and pH-I characteristics of the EDI process were studied. It indicates that there are differences between the ED and the EDI in the concentration polarization.
