The mixer has been designed to mix mortars and cement pastes primarily to the requirements of standards. The mixing paddle has a planetary motion and is driven by a motor with a microprocessor based speed and preset programs to meet all listed EN and ASTM standards, custom designed programs or manual mode. The mode button is used for the fast selection of different programs. The mixing paddle revolves at a rate of 140 rpm. with a planetary motion of 62 rpm. in low speed. In high speed, the paddle revolves at the rate of 285 rpm. with a planetary motion of 125 rpm. An automatic sand dispenser is supplied with the machine and the sand is automatically discharged. Custom design allows 6 programs to be set by the operator, where the motor speed, sand dispenser position and duration of the mix can be set. For the mix where the motor speed is selected as zero, the bowl can be lowered without interrupting the rest of the program. On the display the user can see the mix time and the machine is equipped with lamp in order to warn the user for critical time periods.

A1040 MIRA 3D is a low-frequency ultrasonic tomography system suitable for manual and automated assessment of concrete structures. Due to its novel A-DPC® sensor technology the new MIRA provides unbeatable penetration depth, inspection sensitivity, and imaging resolution by implementing three-dimensional FMC / TFM in each instrument position.
The instrument consists of a lightweight body with 4 x 8 Active Dry-Point-Contact transducers with integrated pulser-receiver circuits and parallel DAQ electronics wirelessly connected to the powerful smartphone that implements image reconstruction and visualization algorithms by means of parallel graphic processor units on-board. This hardware solution allows achieving the highest performance for real-time 3D-TFM imaging.

The tomograph represents fully-autonomous measurement unit for collection and tomographic processing of the data obtained. Measurement unit contains a matrix antenna array from 48 (12 blocks, each containing 4 elements) law-frequency broad banded transducers of shear waves with dry-point-contact and ceramic wear resistant tips. Hence they can work with rough surfaces for the long time. Each transducer is equipped with an independent spring suspension, thus allowing inspection on the uneven surfaces. Nominal frequency of the array is 50 kHz.
The instrument allows data transfer to the external PC for advanced processing by means of the dedicated software
Inspection is carried out as step-by-step sounding of the testing object with data combining and volume reconstruction over the whole scanned surface of the testing object.
Inspection of concrete constructions up to 2500 mm thickness for the purpose of evaluation of consistency of the construction.
Inspection of reinforced concrete constructions up to 800 mm thickness for the purpose of evaluation of consistency of the construction.
