The Sievers CheckPoint On-Line/Portable Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Sensor allows superior flexibility when measuring low level TOC. It can be used on-line for continuous monitoring or carried to any point in a water system. This sensor is a powerful tool for rapid diagnostic sampling and troubleshooting for microelectronics, pharmaceutical and power applications. 

The CheckPoint TOC Sensor is available in two models - CheckPoint Pharma and the CheckPointe to better serve pharmaceutical and ultrapure water applications.

The oxidation process can be enhanced with additional dosage of reagent (persulfate). By using the NDIR detector the uniTOC gives precise results in applications of ground water to ultrapure water. The NDIR detector is absolutely selective to carbon dioxide and therefore independent from conductivity and sample temperature. Measuring times are short and the continuous self-cleaning of the reactor avoids any cross-contamination.Since the quality of the stripped gas can be low, the use of pressurised air in combination with our air filters saves money and is optionally available.

The CEM500-L is an extractive online gas analyser for Continuous emission monitoring (CEMS). It is specifically dedicated to the new low level emission Regulations known as 50/30/5/3 (50 mg/Nm3 NOx, 30 mg/Nm3 SO2, 5 mg/Nm3 particles, 5 μg/Nm3 mercury) and also to chemical processes requiring low values of H2S. This new model is based on a multi-path flow cell of 1200 mm coupled to a high resolution spectrograph (0.1 nm) using an ultra-sensitive 2048 pixels CCD (charge-coupled device). It gives a high sensitivity and a longer lamp life time (3 years). The uv spectroscopy brings a higher sensitivity than Infra-red spectroscopy and also gives the possibility to measure several gases simultaneously on the same Spectrograph.
